Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Folklorious undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the user in the order form. Folklorious does not accept address changes for shipments. In order to optimize deliveries, we recommend that the user indicate an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

Folklorious will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the shipping address entered by the user in the order form does not conform to reality, has been omitted or changed during transit.

Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Folklorious cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Expected shipping time may differ during Sale season. We appreciate your understanding during busy times.

Folklorious It is not responsible for possible delays that may be generated in the customs of each country.

Folklorious will send an e-mail to the user informing of the departure of the order from the warehouse. In this e-mail the shipping number and the tracking number will also be provided if the transport company provides it.

If at the time of delivery the user is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

If after 7 business days from the delivery of the order the delivery has not been arranged, the user must contact Folklorious In the event that the user does not proceed in this way, after 10 business days from the delivery of the order (or after three failed delivery attempts), it will be returned to the Folklorious warehouses and the user must take charge of the shipping costs and return to origin of the merchandise, as well as the possible associated management costs.

At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package before the transport company that, on behalf of Folklorious, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected on the packaging. If later, once the product has been reviewed, the user detects any incident such as hit, breakage or any damage caused to it by the shipment, the user must notify Folklorious by e-mail within a maximum period of 48 hours, in order to process the return. Prior to shipment, each item undergoes an exhaustive quality control, in which it is meticulously checked, thus ensuring that the merchandise meets the standards required for making it available to the user. This point has to be taken into account when the client wants to inform us of any anomaly or damage to the items purchased.

Shipments to Cyprus, even though it is within the EU, will be considered as extra-community shipments due to its island status.
